In order to send cryptocurrency from your ZamWallet to another wallet / exchange, you need to go to the mobile application, select the "DeFi" tab → click “Send” → select the type of DeFi / CeFi wallet → select a network → select a cryptocurrency → then you should provide your wallet address or scan it by clicking on the scanner icon → complete the transfer by clicking on the active "Send" button.
