For this purpose, we have created ZAMpad, a launchpad for raising funds for an early-stage crypto project from users, which is part of the Zamio ecosystem’s ZAM.DAO.
Without ZAM.NFT, users of all levels cannot take part in Private Pools. NFT holders from the 3rd Orange Belt can participate in Seed Pools.

Rounds
ROUND 1. Reserved allocation round. In the first round of distribution, users can purchase the amount allocated to them depending on their level.
ROUND 2. In the 2nd round, unsold tokens of the first round become available on the basis of FCFS only for guaranteed belts from 4th to 8th. These participants can purchase an additional amount, which is determined by the formula based on the belts. This round is open until all tokens are sold, usually, it lasts only a few minutes. IDO/IGO ends when all tokens are sold. Tier structures are subject to change based upon market volatility.
Pools Types
Separate pools are created for Public and Private rounds. In private pools only NFT holders can participate, the allocation distribution is calculated depending on the total weight of the pool.
For TrillioНeirs NFT holders the opportunity to participate in private rounds opens from the 1st White Belt, and for the 3rd Orange to 8th Red Belts, the opportunity for NFT holders to participate in exclusive Seed Pools additionally opens.
Participation Steps
- Preparation: The project is being under preparation.
- Whitelist: Users can join whitelist after completing the tasks to get Guaranteed Allocation
- ROUND 1: Guaranteed users can participate in the token sale.
- ROUND 2: Sale of unredeemed tokens in the first round for 4–8 belts by model FCFS.
- Distribution and Сlaim: Tokens are distributed among the participants of the sale.
Commissions
From the project, which will carry out IDO / IGO / INO, ZAMpad will charge a fixed commission of 10% of the number of funds raised from all rounds.
The delay in the withdrawal of funds is 21 days. 15% penalty on the amount in staking for early withdrawal, the penalty is reduced every second in equal shares for 21 days to 0%.
Staking your $ZAM
Staking is now mandatory for all $ZAM holders to participate in the IGOs and ICOs on ZAMpad. Your $ZAM must be staked in prior to participating in the IDO / IGO / INO.
